Ladies Man

Jack was quite the social butterfly at the wedding we attended last weekend. During dinner he got away from Daddy and was running around the reception stopping at each table to flash a smile and wave. Then during the dance, Jack was quite the ladies man. He had a blast chasing all the little girls around the dance floor and tugging on their dresses "asking them to dance." A few times he fell down and they all rushed to go help him up. It was adorable and hilarious :)

Wanna dance ladies?

Two left feet?

Thanks for the help ladies!

And Life Goes On.....

It's hard to believe that it's August already.....it seems like just yesterday we were anxiously awaiting springs arrival. It's also hard to believe what a little boy Jack is becoming. We're starting to be able to detect more and more words amongst his babbling and yelling, he can follow simple directions, give high fives and kisses & has started to run. He loves swimming and the sprinkler, playing t-ball, drums and of course food. The kid doesn't miss a meal, that's for sure. Jack continues to be a very healthy happy kiddo and we feel so blessed for that.

In other news, I'm happy to share that I will get to be around to witness more of Jack's milestones soon; I am reducing my hours at work and will be working half time starting next week. Dad is quite worried about the budget of course, but we'll figure it out and Jack and I are very excited to have more time for swim lessons, playdates and trips to the park!

Camping '09 & Happy 29th

Mom & Dad had the opportunity to have a little getaway and go on our annual camping trip with the Fukudas, Hundt's and Nowicki-Van Rooyen's. We had a great time as usual, thanks for the great company friends, and thanks for the great weather mother nature :) .......oh yeah, I turned 29 this week too. It was a great birthday and it feels awesome to have a great husband, son, family and friends to celebrate it with.....I am one lucky girl!

While Mom & Dad were off having fun, Jack had some fun of his own, having his first sleepover with his buddy Cullen (thanks again Lisa & Dirk) and also had a blast with Grandma & Grandpa C.
