Crawling

Well, it's official, we now have a crawler on our hands. Jack has been working at it for quite some time, and all his hard work finally paid off about a week ago when he took off! He's got carpet crawling down pat.....and he's getting there with the tile and hardwood floor. He's also cruising like crazy - so look out mom & dad, I think some further baby-proofing of the house is in line!

Jack's New Tricks

New Trick #1: Walking across the room (with some assistant from Mom or Dad.)

New Trick #2: Pulling myself up in my crib.

New Trick #3: I have added a few new words to my vocabulary; now along with DaDa and Momma, I can also say num-nums (for food) and Oooh-li-ea (at daycare the other kids and I sing a song about a character named Olivia.)

New Trick #4: I am now a pro at feeding myself finger foods - I LOVE puffs and cheerios! The other night I had the same thing for dinner that Mommy and Daddy had, chicken and green beans - it was good num-nums and I fed myself every last bite :)

9 Months Old

Here I am, 9 months old! Where does the time go, seems like just yesterday that I was born. Mommy thought she'd try her hand at photography and did this little photo shoot for my 9 month birthday. I hammed it up to try and help her out :)
