Happy Haunting
Happy Halloween from our little Badger football player & Dottie the Clown...........we had a fun evening trick or treating, it was so much fun to watch the kids excitement! They are both seasoned pros with trick or treating etiquette now. Our little "Dottie" proudly wore her costume all day long...for school runs, to the grocery store, luckily she did agree it could come off for nap time. Tonight after I tucked Jack into bed and was leaving his room, he said, "Mom, I had so much fun going trick or treating with you and Dad and Stella, I had so much fun mom." and then he snuggled into his pillow...........precious :)

Winds of Change

my future's so bright, I gotta wear shades
last picnic lunch of the year!
cheese!
Here we are, enjoying what will likely be the last warm day of the year. It was even warm enough for a picnic lunch and short sleeves.....a little weird actually for late October, but we took full advantage. This week has brought us much cooler temps however, and with the air a little crisper and the breeze a little brisker, I can feel winter right around the corner. The kids are excited for snow and we have a mudroom stocked with little boots and snow pants waiting to be worn.......so bring it on winter, we are ready!
